yes? I could not figure out a better way of exposing a way to remove the instance, this is used only in the benchmark (as we want to actually measure the init time)

Internal JS-6355
Add lazy loading capabilities for
node:async_hooks, update doc.This contains a breaking change as we changed the exported object.
