This is a feature which previously allowed customers to opt-in to error reporting to help Apollo. We no longer ingest these error reports, so this is effectively just dead code and additional overhead.
There are still docs to update or remove (undecided), which Pulsar will own. Their continued existence isn't harmful, so we're leaving as-is. @david-castaneda
