What changed

Integrates the 12 upstream commits that landed after the original 129-commit maintenance stack, through upstream commit 5392c9b.

Fork adaptations preserve multi-provider runtime behavior and release hardening while incorporating upstream tool summaries, error-report copying, sticky new-thread selections, PR actions/diffs, project skill discovery, code-copy improvements, and the refreshed vendored GhosttyKit.

Notable conflict resolutions:

  • Renumber upstream migration 44 to fork migration 49 so deployed fork migrations remain append-only.
  • Preserve fork provider icons and artwork variants while adopting upstream cleanup.
  • Migrate fork text-generation implementations off the removed deprecated shape type.
  • Keep fork desktop release-manifest validation while removing obsolete upstream comments.
  • Keep fork-first CONTRIBUTING guidance and use pnpm-compatible commands.

Verification

  • node_modules/.bin/vp check
  • node_modules/.bin/vp run typecheck
  • node_modules/.bin/vp test: 987 files passed, 3 skipped; 10,703 tests passed, 26 skipped
  • Focused migration, provider, text-generation, web, and client-runtime tests passed
  • Authenticated isolated web smoke passed for the empty-project shell and Add Project Git URL flow with no current console or network errors
  • Local mobile native lint is unavailable on this host because sourcekitd cannot load under command-line-only Xcode; CI Mobile Native Static Analysis is required before merge

Scope

Fork-only maintenance PR targeting aaditagrawal/t3code main. Upstream remains read-only.
