Fix: Restore layout styles for block style variations

What?

Restores layout styles for block style variations that declare spacing.blockGap.

Fixes #82332

Why?

get_block_nodes() adds 'name' => $variation to each block style variation
node. That array is passed to get_layout_styles() as $block_metadata, where
name is read as a block name and looked up in the block type registry. A
variation slug is never a registered block, so block_has_support() is false
and the function returns early, dropping every layout rule for the variation,
not just the gap.

The name arrived with #78276. This worked in WordPress 7.0 and regressed in
7.1.

How?

get_layout_styles() is called with a copy of the variation metadata whose
name is replaced by the block the variation belongs to. The variation node
keeps its own slug, so the feature-selector processing #78276 added is
unaffected, and the layout support check is answered against a real block rather
than skipped.

Two call sites need this: the base spacing.blockGap, and the one inside a
viewport breakpoint, which takes its own copy of the metadata. $block_name is
already resolved just above for the pseudo-selector call, including the fallback
that derives it from the metadata path.

get_layout_styles() itself is untouched. Its guard is correct for real block
nodes, and passing the owning block name is what lets it do its job here: a
core/paragraph variation declaring blockGap now emits nothing, where
removing name would have produced rules for layout classes that block never
carries.

Testing Instructions

npm run test:unit:php:base -- --filter test_block_style_variation

Three tests cover this — the base gap, the responsive gap inside its media
query, and that a block without layout support still emits nothing. The first
two fail on trunk.

Manually: add a styles/blocks/*.json variation for core/buttons with
"spacing": { "blockGap": "var:preset|spacing|25" }, apply it, and inspect the
container on the front end.

Regression fix, labelled Backport to WP Minor Release. The Core backport
changelog check fails until a matching wordpress-develop PR exists; happy to
open one once reviewers are satisfied with the shape here.
