The GCInterface we have in CoreRT is not compatible with the live GCInterface in the runtimelabs repo. This brings current GC sources over.
* Add handling for TypeFlags.FunctionPointer Add a call to RhpReversePInvokeReturn2 when Main returns * add warning
* add support for ovf op with char type * use stack kind for 32/64 switching and for asserts
* enabled 8 byte alignment for arrays and classes that require it. * remove enum, use constant * Remove copy of RawEEType and use g_pFreeObjectEEType * Change assert message from NYI to UNREACHABLE
