fix: remove orphaned migration files causing api-tests failure

The migration issue is now fixed (6eb3b3c, 35983ce) - all 36 migrations apply successfully without errors.

The remaining test failures are pre-existing in the development branch from PR #1985 and unrelated to the migration fix:

• src/utils/__tests__/env-validation.test.ts - 20 failures (incomplete mocking)
• test/generate-from-tiktok.test.ts - 7 failures
• src/services/__tests__/embeddingService.test.ts - 4 failures

Development branch has been failing since March 20. These test issues need to be addressed in a separate PR to fix the base branch.
