The prior dod-002 and dod-003 used local filesystem commands (grep, uv run pytest) that fail outside the omnibase_infra worktree. Fixes: - dod-002: replaced local grep with gh pr view --json files query checking that PR #1381 diff includes a file under tests/integration/ (returns "true") - dod-003: replaced uv run pytest with gh pr view --json statusCheckRollup query verifying all "Tests (Split N/15)" checks on PR #1381 returned SUCCESS (null-guards added to prevent jq startswith errors on StatusContext entries) Both commands succeed in any environment with gh CLI + GH_TOKEN — matching the Contract Compliance Check runner setup.

Rewrites dod_evidence check_values to reference PR #883 explicitly so the onex_change_control Contract-Compliance workflow can execute them (same failure mode PR #337 fixed for OMN-435: `gh pr view` without a PR number errors in a runner with no current branch). - dod-001: PR #883 state=OPEN AND baseRefName=main - dod-002: diff contains src/omnibase_core/cli/cli_pack.py - dod-003: diff contains src/omnibase_core/cli/cli_install.py - dod-004: diff contains tests/unit/cli/test_cli_install.py - dod-005: contracts/OMN-7537.yaml present in this repo Receipt check_values re-synced. commit_sha quoted to satisfy the ModelDodReceipt hex-string validator (bare hex-digit tokens parse as YAML ints).

Rewrites to use jq string concat (.state + ":" + .baseRefName) and grep for "OPEN:main" — POSIX-portable across any shell. * chore(OMN-7537): trigger fresh CI to clear stale CR check-run aggregation Historical FAILURE check-runs for 'gate / CodeRabbit Thread Check' on the prior HEAD commit cause branch protection to evaluate as failing even though the latest run is SUCCESS. Empty commit pushes new HEAD so only fresh check-runs exist, unblocking the merge queue.

dod-002checkedgh pr view --json mergedAt -q .mergedAtwhich returns a non-empty value only after merge.
