…enant-stamp reconciliation (#4158) * evidence(OMN-14367): OCC companion for infra#2311 + omnimarket#1765 tenant-stamp reconciliation Appends three dod_evidence entries to the existing OMN-14367 contract (originally opened for infra#2257's shared helper): dod-gateway-reconcile verifies infra PR #2311 (gateway stamp routed through the shared stamp_verified_tenant_slug helper, closing the gap dod-001 flagged as a separate follow-up), dod-seam-test-flip verifies omnimarket PR #1765 (flips the strict xfail on the #2252 shape to a genuine pass against the real consumer model), and dod-deploy-assessment-002 covers the deploy surface for both (logic/test-only, no runtime/topic/migration change). A self-bind receipt (dod-occ-self-002) referencing this commit's SHA follows in a second commit once this commit's SHA is known.
