Extends the OMN-12477 contract + receipts to cover the 7 code PRs not yet bound: omniclaude #1715, omnibase_core #1182, omniintelligence #694, omnimarket #999, omnidash #167, omnibase_spi #231, omnibase_compat #123. Each receipt records the PR head SHA and status: PASS so Receipt Gate and the DoD Evidence materializer bind every guard PR to this ticket. OMN-12477

… extension OCC #1919 extended contracts/OMN-12477.yaml with 7 new dod_evidence entries, changing its sha256, but the 4 pre-existing receipts still pinned the old hash — causing CONTRACT_HASH_MISMATCH in validator_occ_merge_eligibility for every bound code PR. Repins all 4 receipts to the current contract hash so the Receipt Gate / DoD Evidence checks pass on the 9 guard PRs. OMN-12477
Repins the 4 pre-existing receipts to the current contract sha256 (the contract was extended in #1919) AND adds the required contract_sha256 field to the 7 new binding receipts (OMN-10421: receipts produced after 2026-04-30 must record the contract hash). Without it the Receipt Gate fails every bound guard PR with 'missing required contract_sha256 field'. Verified locally: validator_receipt_gate_cli + validator_occ_merge_eligibility both PASS for omniclaude #1715 and omnibase_compat #123. OMN-12477
