Closing as superseded by the merge-sweep decision on OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#768. The downstream registration golden-chain PR was closed as stale because its proof target no longer matches current registration projection ownership. A future live broad-routing proof should create fresh OCC evidence from current main if that work is re-scoped. |

C1 of a two-commit commit_sha self-bind (dod-occ-self lands in C2). * evidence(OMN-14280): self-bind OCC companion by commit_sha (C2, dod-occ-self) Two-commit commit_sha self-bind: dod-occ-self points at C1 (8442e75), a member of this PR's commit set, so occ-preflight binds the companion without predicting the OCC PR number.
