The 0.0.29 and 0.0.15 releases respectively have dropped support for GHC < 8.10.
haskell-ci 0.14.3 doesn't yet support the latest Cabal / cabal-install-parsers versions.
It's a huge annoyance getting the pre 0.15 versions of haskell-ci to work, so I'll just put this off for now.
