@grantfirl @dustinswales ufs-community/ccpp-physics#305 has been merged. Please update the submodule pointer for ccpp-physics (ufs-community/ccpp-physics@e6949b3) and revert the .gitmodules file in preparation for the merge. |

Description
This PR contains host side changes associated with updating the rte-rrtmgp radiation parameterization to version 1.8.

Testing
Tested by @Qingfu-Liu at EMC.
Hera with Intel and GNU compilers.
Changes to control_p8_rrtmgp baselines.
(Running full RTs now and will update log files soon)
