Description
This PR updates the UFSWM produciton/GFS.v17 hash with the newest update. The latest commit in production includes an update to UPP that adds a land mask to the ocean foundation temperature field. This only affects one field in the grib files that are created by UPP. No science changes occurred with this update.

This was tested on Ursa and WCOSS2 against a set of production GFSv17 baselines that are created and checked using the UFS WM regression test workflow.
