Description

The two minor updates here are:

• removing the two intel loads before the spack intel loads
• removing the --login from the bash script which was pointed out as un-necessary by @MatthewMasarik-NOAA

The differences for both hera and orion are the same I have on the previous PR when comparing with itself, these are comparing against the previous PR branch (ie develop).

Interestingly, for ww3_ufs1.3/./work_a there are usually '(3 files differ)'. But for this time through the matrix on hera there were only '(2 files differ)', where the 03Z arctic grid restart (20190830.030000.restart.ao_20m) is listed as identical. I suspect this is likely just getting lucky with an uninitialized value somewhere, so nothing to do but note it.
