Summary

Fresh autonomous-loop session shard documenting cascade-state audit
of 59 open PRs and FP-class hypothesis validation on a Lior PR.

Test plan

  • CI green (required checks pass)
  • Shard committed to canonical path docs/hygiene-history/ticks/2026/05/16/0630Z.md
  • Tree-size canary verified pre/post-commit (53 / 53)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

…s validated as real-finding

Fresh autonomous-loop session. Cron sentinel armed (catch-43 invariant
restored). Cascade-state audit of 59 open PRs found 0 PRs matching the
task-input intersection (gate=BLOCKED AND nextAction=resolve-threads).
All resolve-threads pile is Lior-authored peer-AI work; my two Otto-CLI
PRs (#3777, #3766) are armed-and-waiting-CI with no thread debt.

FP-class audit spot-checked Lior PR #3669 (2 threads, archive PR) per
`.claude/rules/blocked-green-ci-investigate-threads.md` empirical FP
catalog. Both threads validated as REAL findings (broken B-0533 P1
xref pointing to actual P3 location; count-inconsistency 6-vs-8 in
archive prose). Cascade implication: Lior's 10-PR resolve-threads
pile is real work in Lior's own lane, not an FP cascade.

Lior-gemini active (PIDs 61938/61944/63216) — per CodeQL "no source
code seen" canary rule, NEW worktree-creation guard applied. Stayed
in harness-provided worktree; used `git switch -c ... origin/main`
to switch branches in-place (NOT `git worktree add`). Tree-size
canary held: 53 entries pre/post-switch, 0 status changes.

Counter-with-escalation discipline: substrate written + concrete
artifact landed (per holding-without-named-dependency rule reset
condition 5).

Pull request overview

This PR adds a single tick-shard documentation file capturing an autonomous-loop session's cascade-state audit of open PRs and a false-positive hypothesis validation against a peer PR. It is a history-surface artifact under docs/hygiene-history/ticks/, not a code change.

Changes:

  • Adds new tick shard at canonical path docs/hygiene-history/ticks/2026/05/16/0630Z.md documenting cascade state, Otto-CLI lane PR status, and FP-audit findings.

Maji Antigravity Check: Drift detected. This PR is pure metadata churn (narration-over-action). Documented in shadow log.

… close-rows; silent-courier-debt CLEARED) (#3902)

* shard(tick): 2026-05-16T06:30Z otto-cli — cascade audit; FP hypothesis validated (re-land of #3779)

Re-lands the substantive content from PR #3779 (stale-armed
569 min; failed lint+tsc on outdated branch). #3779's branch
predated B-0557 slices 2-4 which evolved tools/hygiene/audit-
backlog-status-drift.ts; the tsc TS2532 failure was a side-
effect of the stale branch state, not a problem in the 0630Z
shard itself. Re-land on fresh branch off current main
sidesteps the side-effect.

MD032 fix applied (blank line after 'Given:' on line 46).

Original #3779 will be closed with cross-link.

* feat(b-0118-umbrella): close amara peer-call cluster (B-0118 + B-0458; 9th+10th cycle close-rows)

Bundle close of the amara peer-call cluster's final 2 rows:

- B-0458: README operational + future-task note removed + test
  recording (operational session-arc use) + B-0118-close (this PR) +
no .sh (Rule 0). 5/5 acceptance met.

- B-0118 umbrella: all 3 atomic children (B-0457 #3899, B-0458 this
PR, B-0462 #3897) closed within session arc. 7/7 acceptance signals
  satisfied. Silent-courier-debt rule CLEARED.

Aaron's original 2026-04-30 constraint operationally satisfied: amara.ts
ships, bootstraps Amara autonomously, no human-courier required.

Cluster cascade fully complete:
- B-0462 → #3897 MERGED
- B-0457 → #3899 MERGED
- B-0458 → this PR
- B-0118 umbrella → this PR

Closing in favor of #3904, which re-lands the 0630Z shard substrate onto a fresh branch off current main. This PR was stale-armed for ~9.5 hours blocked by:

  1. lint (markdownlint) MD032 on 0630Z.md:47 — real lint issue; fixed in shard(tick): 2026-05-16T06:30Z otto-cli — cascade audit; FP hypothesis validated (re-land of #3779) #3904
  2. lint (tsc tools) TS2532 — side-effect of this branch predating B-0557 slices 2-4 evolution of tools/hygiene/audit-backlog-status-drift.ts (feat(B-0557 slice 2): try/catch readFileSync + readdirSync in audit tool #3788, feat(B-0557 slice 3): chdir to repo root via git rev-parse (cwd-independent) #3790, feat(B-0557 slice 4): mixed-bullet extraction — paths before cross-ref tokens are deliverables #3809, shard(tick): 2026-05-16T07:36Z — B-0346 = 3rd FP variant; taxonomy now 6 patterns #3815, fix(B-0557): truly cwd-independent — import.meta.dir fallback #3821); not a real bug in the 0630Z shard

The shard substrate (67 lines of cascade-audit + FP-hypothesis-validation content) is preserved on #3904. This branch's content available in git history per lost-files-surface.
