New release v0.2.1 including a new kuadrant operator image v0.2.1 replacing v0.2.1. The dependencies versions remain the same.

kuadrant operator image v0.2.1 adds the following PRs:

• Fix conditions in examples #123
• wasm shim image env var name does not match deployment var name #136

The bundle v0.2.1 will be created after this PR is merged and it is being tagged with v0.2.1
