WARNING: Reverting the drop migration does not re-create the tables on any database where 0260_kind_post.sql already ran.

This PR removes packages/db/src/migrations/0260_kind_post.sql (and its journal entry) instead of adding a forward migration that recreates the model experiment tables. Drizzle only applies journal entries newer than the last applied row, so deleting 0260 undoes nothing on a database that already ran it: the tables stay dropped while schema.ts and the 0259 snapshot now both declare them. Production migrations run automatically on every push to main (.github/workflows/deploy-production.yml run-migrations), so if #6684's deploy completed its migration step, production will silently diverge — the restored monthly cron at /api/cron/model-experiment-request-partition-maintenance will fail with relation "model_experiment_request" does not exist, and drizzle will never regenerate the CREATE TABLEs because the snapshot chain already contains these tables.

Confirm 0260 never applied in a persistent environment, or add a forward migration that recreates the tables.
