Description

This fluent-bit update to 2.2.1 release will bring the following changes :

• b/294246198 | out_stackdriver: Add partialSuccess: true to all logs sent to Google Cloud Logging API fluent/fluent-bit#8002
• b/308821542 | out_stackdriver: test_log_entry_format will output log entries to stdout fluent/fluent-bit#8144
• fix total_records metric | input_chunk: update records in the right place fluent/fluent-bit#8223
• fix total_records metric | input_chunk: handle filter_do edge case fluent/fluent-bit#8229
• Stackdriver service_account_email and service_account_secret don't work as expected fluent/fluent-bit#6969 | out_stackdriver: Don't overwrite ctx->client_email and ctx->private_key. fluent/fluent-bit#8093
