🛠 Summary of changes
Do not merge before October 23.
This is a fairly minor content change in response to feedback, seeking to make it clearer that a user in GPO pending state will need to contact the service provider if they need access to that service before the letter arrives.
Also includes a lulzy styling fix; it turns out that you need a linebreak above it for
{: .number-list}to get recognized as adding a CSS class to the list below it. This caused things to appear as an unstyled ordered list in English and Chinese, whereas the Spanish and French versions already had the linebreak. Now they all look equally beautiful.Previews
