This PR removes all .dgph files—intermediate Xcode build artifacts—from the repository and ensures they are properly ignored going forward. Inclusion of these binary dependency-graph files conflicts with F-Droid’s policy prohibiting checked-in build artifacts.

Changes

Deleted all *.dgph files under ios/build/Pods.build/**/
Added **/dgph to .gitignore

By removing these files and ignoring them, we keep the repo clean of generated binaries and stay compliant with F-Droid requirements.
