Pull Request Overview
This PR adds the ability to skip legacy package onboarding in the documentation update process. A new optional switch parameter $SkipLegacyOnboarding is introduced that allows callers to exclude the 'legacy' moniker from the documentation onboarding workflow.
Key Changes:
- Added a new switch parameter
$SkipLegacyOnboardingto the script - Made the 'legacy' moniker conditional based on the new parameter

C++ docs onboarding doesn't have a legacy moniker and needs to skip.
