Currently we have getCosmosResponseDiagnosticsString() which return CosmosResponseDiagnostics object.
CosmosResponseDiagnostics exposes getRequestLatency() along with overriding toString().
Therefore renaming getCosmosResponseDiagnosticsString() to getCosmosResponseDiagnostics() .
