…lass log Adds a test that creates a bytecode at the maximum allowed size (MAX_PACKED_PUBLIC_BYTECODE_SIZE_IN_FIELDS) and verifies it fits within CONTRACT_CLASS_LOG_SIZE_IN_FIELDS alongside the event header, and round-trips through ContractClassLog and ContractClassPublishedEvent. …lass log (#21818) Verify that `CONTRACT_CLASS_LOG_SIZE_IN_FIELDS` is large enough to hold a max-size public bytecode alongside the `ContractClassPublishedEvent` header fields.
