Without this the merge queue can be blocked for ages.
Still doesn't resolve the fact a failure in the grinder cant cancel the regular ci run. Yay GA.
Simplest thing todo in future is just script the run to run all things and use denoise with proper signal propagation. Either that or matixify the entire yaml.
At least now a GA cancellation actually terminates the ec2 instance.
