docs(release): 64→80 PDF coherence + honest scope (OWL EN/FR, CMYK, P&P) (#134)

Summary

Aligns the public/canonical release docs with bundle v3 (80 PDFs, DeviceCMYK + SWOP, P&P Standard/Light #648-650) and flags the June framework snapshots as superseded. Refs #134. Dispatch: ai-01 ryxzma SECONDAIRE (64→80 coherence) + TERTIAIRE (release-notes scope honesty).

Follows #689 (CHANGELOG refresh, same dispatch).

Canonical / public-facing (count + scope fixed)

Bodies intentionally not rewritten (dated evidence of the June validation state preserved); a banner points readers to docs/RELEASE-VALIDATION-v0.9.0.md (v4) for current truth:

• "80 PDFs" = 64 (8×8) + Print&Play Standard + Print&Play Light (+2 types × 8 langs), cross-checked against dossier v4 §3.3
• OWL scope claim verified against docs/RELEASE-VALIDATION-v0.9.0.md §3.4 (generator mono-DefaultLanguage)

Scope / risk

• Docs-only (6 files, +11/-4). No code, no CSV, no assets.
• No content destroyed — legacy doc bodies intact under their banners.
