I missed previously, but this also is in the troubleshooting option, not the URL options, so would not be tracked as expected.

🛠 Summary of changes
This PR replaces an obsolete help center URL with the correct one. It also preserves the internal redirect behavior to the external link and the previous analytics behavior.
