Bleeding edge data pipeline

• The workflow management system Snakemake manages the essential code for evaluating submitted or publicly presented data.

• The Snakefile with the default rules could be found at {repo-root}/jpsth/Snakefile.

• The codes are currently in active development, occasional errors and regressions are expected.
