fix(logger): namespace label in debug logger

Changes

• Fixes object label during build with verbose logging #9060
• this.options argument is not needed in debug function (see below). Passing it as a first argument causes [object Object] in the namespace label as described in the issue

• astro/packages/astro/src/core/logger/node.ts

  Lines 110 to 114 in 13ca6d9

  	export function debug(type: string, ...messages: Array<any>) {
  	const namespace = `astro:${type}`;
  	debuggers[namespace] = debuggers[namespace] || debugPackage(namespace);

Testing

Tested via pnpm --filter @example/minimal run build --verbose
