Fix namespaced component usage in MDX

Changes

• Closes Client directive not working on namespaced JSX inside MDX #4209
• Babel integration did not handle JSXMemberExpressions as well as JSXIdentifiers. Now it does.
• Also uncovered that astro-island couldn't handle a namespace more than one . deep. Fixed this as well.

Testing

Added E2E test to verify hydration works, added MDX test to verify build and dev includes correct script
