As discussed in https://forum.parity.io/t/investigating-new-benchmarking-hardware/687/105 we want to update info about recommended hardware to run the node.
I started with updating requirements for Polkadot. Other TODO:
standard hardware. Add benchmarks similar to what has been done in New weights using i7 machine paritytech/substrate#5848
