@Fangzhou-Ai, Only reviewers with write access can use CI commands before CI is delegated to the PR author.

@shen-shanshan @Fangzhou-Ai @micah-wil I see failures that do not exist on upstream.

https://buildkite.com/vllm/amd-ci/builds/12759/list?sid=01a08458-ab82-43a7-9649-59a5f5f8e7e5&tab=output

And a bunch of timeouts that should have been investigated and at least incremented before merging this. Can we be more careful with bumping aiter please?

Looks like that one failed on the nightly https://buildkite.com/vllm/amd-ci/builds/12767/list?sid=01a08566-8c73-41b0-aab6-392bdc811258&tab=output, shouldn't be related to this PR. GPQA Eval (GPT-OSS) timeout could be related, but the other timeout Distributed Torchrun + Examples seems unlikely to be related as it didn't show up in the initial AITER checkout https://buildkite.com/vllm/amd-ci/builds/12624/list?sid=01a06901-72b2-4638-ba02-662f25bbb772&tab=output (unless it's flaky). Will follow up on GPQA Eval (GPT-OSS), and Distributed Torchrun + Examples if it turns out to be related.
