I'd make the following tweaks:
- Don't tell it what cuda versions there are, make it check the machine it's running on
- Only check before install if the main commit is <2h old so we don't make every agent in the world DDoS the wheels server

While using the
VLLM_USE_PRECOMPILED=1flag during installation with a latest commit (mostly editable installs) this skill would check for the prebuilt wheels in the registry. This is done in order to improve the developer experience of the users.CC: @hmellor
