- Add MarshalJSON helper (similar, but not exactly what's in go/vt/vtctl/vtctl.go). - Refactor other commands to use MarshalJSON, where appropriate. - Add cell getter commands. Signed-off-by: Andrew Mason <amason@slack-corp.com>
