Mostly cosmetic change: The web app falls back to discovering
../../workbench/nextjs-turbopackas the data folder for the local world, if the CLI fails to discover the data folder. This felt a bit weird to view in the web UI, so the fallback was moved to the CLI, double checked, and if we still don't find anything, the web UI will show.next/workflow-datainstead.
