Summary

  • Introduce a PackageJsonLoader trait at the JavaScript contributor/graph-builder boundary; filesystem loading remains the default.
  • Allow closures to implement both PackageDiscovery and PackageJsonLoader, so downstream tests inject in-memory inputs without shared fake types.
  • Migrate turborepo-task-filter tests to those seams and remove the test-util module. Retain the pre-existing empty test-util feature for crates that still declare it.
