Why
Rust CI needs the macOS bash 3.2 compatibility fix from the Remote Cache setup action. The previous pin fails when optional OIDC arguments are absent.
What
Pin every test-workflow use to the action commit containing that fix.
How
The workflow continues using an immutable full SHA; only the referenced action revision changes. Formatting was verified with
oxfmt.
