What does this PR do?

I have written a blog post where I have implemented Authentication, RBAC and Rate Limiting in my app with Unkey.
This PR is to add my entry for the oss.gg side quest no. 8 (Use Unkey in your app and write a blog post about it )

Hey @aritradevelops, that sidequest requires you to run an application or side project , not just write a tutorial of using unkey. It's a nice blog though, I'll award 750 points manually
