List view: Added labels entity bulk action buttons

Description

This PR partially addresses #21923, which reports console warnings in the Content Collection/List View caused by missing label attributes on checkboxes and action buttons.

In Umbraco 17.2.0, selecting items in the collection view reveals checkboxes and buttons that do not provide a label, resulting in repeated console warnings. Although the elements are functionally usable, the warnings create unnecessary noise and suggest incomplete accessibility metadata.

• Labels are added to the affected buttons using localized strings: label=${this.localize.string(this.manifest?.meta.label ?? '')}

With these changes applied, no warnings are emitted in the browser console.

Testing

1. Use Umbraco 17.2.0.
2. Navigate to Content and open a Collection/List View.
3. Observe the action buttons displayed below the table.
4. Open the browser console.

Expected result:
No warnings related to missing label attributes (for entity bulk actions) are logged in the console.

@andreaslborg Firstly, thank you for making the time for the contribution, it's appreciated.

Using of the Zero Width Space character (\u200B) in the label attribute, while this does remove the console warning, it doesn't resolve the underlying accessibility issue.

This is more of an issue with the uui-checkbox component, where it's label is visible. I'm not quite sure what the resolution should be yet, but it's something that should be raised and discussed on the UUI Library issue tracker.

With the label on the entity-bulk-action button, I'm happy with this one. 👍

In terms of this PR, for now, I'd suggest reverting the checkbox label fix and keeping the button label.

I've removed the Zero Width Space character (\u200B) from the checkbox label, as you correctly pointed out that it doesn't resolve the underlying accessibility issue. You're right that this is better addressed as a separate issue with the UUI Library.

I've kept the label improvements on the entity-bulk-action button, which addresses the accessibility needs for that component.
