When a
{{! @glint-expect-error}}does not actually suppress an error, we generate a diagnostic to warn/error that the directive is unused, but this broke since Volar-izing. This PR reinstates it.There are still a few corner cases where the range of the "unused directive" diagnostic is wider than it should be; tracking that here.
