@ahlinc apologies for the ping, I saw that you're fairly active on tree-sitter repos - do you think you could merge this? It just rebuilds the parser & doesn't do anything else, but this then means that editors pulling in grammars (ex. Helix, what I'm working on right now) can pull it in without it crashing. I'll have subsequent PRs adding queries & maybe making the parser more descriptive but those won't be important and can languish. |

This PR simply updates the tree-sitter version to 14 & regenerates the parser.
Somewhat supersedes the other open PRs here.
