Hum actually it doesn't, it runs them for each test where in our case we want to run it once for the file. I will look if we can instead update bats. |

setup_fileandteardown_fileare available since bats 1.2.1 but Ubuntu 20.04 currently ships Bats 1.2.0-dev.We can use
setupandteardownwhich would behave the same.
