🔍 Deleted context-store action has no remaining references
Verified that .github/actions/agent-context-store and docs/ops/session-context-management.md are not referenced anywhere else in the tree (no workflow uses: or doc links), so their removal does not break any workflow. Worth confirming with the owner that dropping the #118 continuity mechanism is intended, since it is unrelated to the compiler optimization this PR describes.
