This release marks a significant milestone for the Flux project. After nearly four years of development, the HelmRelease APIs reached general availability in Flux v2.3.0 (May 2024). The Helm features and APIs have been battle-tested in production and are now stable. Future changes will maintain backwards compatibility.

The v2beta1 API was deprecated and removed around the v2.3 release when v2 became GA. All other HelmRelease manifests in this repository are already using the v2 API, so this change aligns the repository with the current standard.
