• vcpkg.json: bumped qvac-lib-inference-addon-cpp version>= from 1.1.5#1 to 1.1.6.
• package.json: bumped @qvac/transcription-whispercpp from 0.6.6 to 0.6.7.
• CHANGELOG.md: added ## [0.6.7] section under Keep-a-Changelog ### Changed, documenting both the package version bump and the addon-cpp 1.1.6 bump.
• addon-cpp 1.1.6 itself is a no-op on the consumer side: per the upstream commit (tetherto/qvac 7c6fe7c7, PR chore[qvac-lib-inference-addon-cpp]: drop unused project VERSION #1852), it drops the unused project(VERSION …) from the addon-cpp CMakeLists.txt so vcpkg.json stays the single source of truth. No public-API or callback-contract changes vs 1.1.5.
