What does this PR do?
Adds the ArangoDB module, copying the implementation from .NET, and using the official examples from https://github.com/arangodb/go-driver/blob/master/v2/examples/example_client_basic_test.go
Why is it important?
More modules, that could also support the GoFiber/storage project.
