🔴 Critical Issues(修正必須)

  • make docker-run
  • make docker-stop
  • make docker-build

grep -E "(docker-run|docker-stop|docker-build)" Makefile

docker-build:
	@echo "🐳 Docker イメージをビルドしています..."
	cd frontend/control-plane && docker build -t tenkacloud-control-plane:latest .

docker-run: check-docker docker-build setup-keycloak
	@echo "🚀 Docker Compose で起動しています..."
	cd frontend/control-plane && docker compose up -d
	@echo "✅ Control Plane UI: http://localhost:3000"

docker-stop:
	cd frontend/control-plane && docker compose down

2. Docker Compose

問題箇所: docs/QUICKSTART.md:356-358

frontend/control-plane/docker-compose.yml ファイルが存在しません。

ls frontend/control-plane/docker-compose.yml
No such file or directory

  • Docker Compose

🟡 Minor Issues(改善推奨)

問題箇所: docs/QUICKSTART.md:26

出力された環境変数を `frontend/control-plane/.env.local` に設定してから

`make start-all` の出力に従って、`frontend/control-plane/.env.local` を設定してから

問題箇所: docs/QUICKSTART.md:13, 35, 56

✅ Good Points(良い点)

  • frontend/control-plane/docker-compose.yml を作成(または参照を削除)

📚 CLAUDE.md 準拠チェック

  • ✅ Markdown

docs/QUICKSTART.md (3)

310-319: Clarify the distinction and use cases for environment restart options.

The restart guidance lists two approaches without explaining when to use each:

  • make restart-all (implies full restart including Keycloak)
  • make docker-stop + make docker-run (implies Docker Compose only)

Add a brief explanation of what each command restarts (e.g., whether Keycloak is restarted, which service dependencies are affected) so users can choose the correct one for their scenario.

26-31: Add cross-reference to .env.local setup guidance.

This section now directs users to set env vars in frontend/control-plane/.env.local before starting the Control Plane UI. Clarify which variables are required by either:

  1. Referencing the manual setup section (lines 136-164) where they are detailed, or
  2. Noting that these are auto-generated by make start-all and only needed for manual/Method 2 setups.

This will improve discoverability for users who skip to Method 1.

13-13: Consider adding a comparison table or decision matrix for the three methods.

The guide now offers three setup paths (native, Docker Compose, manual) but lacks explicit guidance on tradeoffs:

  • Method 1: "推奨" (recommended) – why?
  • Method 2: "本番環境に近い" (closer to production) – when is this preferred over Method 1?
  • Method 3: (manual) – when would users choose this?

A brief comparison (complexity, features, use case) would help users choose faster. This is optional but would enhance UX.

327-328: Verify make setup-keycloak target exists.

The documentation references make setup-keycloak as an alternative to manual Realm/Client creation, but this target was not verified in the earlier Makefile check. Confirm it exists and update documentation if it does not.

```bash
# Docker イメージをビルドして起動
make docker-run
停止する場合は次を実行します。
```bash

🧩 Analysis chain

Verify Makefile targets and clarify .env.local setup discrepancy for Method 2.

Method 1 auto-creates .env.local via make start-all, but Method 2 requires pre-creating it. This inconsistency needs clarification:

  1. Should Method 2 also auto-create .env.local, or is there a reason users must create it manually?
  2. The guidance for Method 2 should either link to the manual setup instructions (Method 3, lines 136-164) or duplicate the key .env.local creation steps.
  3. Verify that make docker-run, make docker-stop, and make docker-build targets exist in the Makefile.

🏁 Script executed:

#!/bin/bash
# Verify that referenced Makefile targets exist
cd "$(git rev-parse --show-toplevel)" || exit 1

# Extract target names from the Makefile

    echo "✓ Target '$target' exists"
  else
    echo "✗ Target '$target' NOT FOUND"
  fi

I found critical issues. The documentation references three Makefile targets that don't exist. Let me search for what docker-related targets actually exist in the Makefile:

🏁 Script executed:

#!/bin/bash
# Search for docker-related targets in Makefile
echo "=== All Docker-related targets in Makefile ==="

Let me locate the Makefile first:

#!/bin/bash
# Find Makefile in repository
echo "=== Finding Makefile ==="

Length of output: 380

Replace non-existent Makefile targets in Method 2 (lines 42 and 49).

The documentation references three Makefile targets that don't exist:

  • make docker-run (line 42) — should be make start-all
  • make docker-stop (line 49) — should be make stop-all
  • make docker-build — no equivalent target exists

Update lines 35-54 to use the correct commands:

  • Replace make docker-run with make start-all
  • Replace make docker-stop with make stop-all
  • Remove or clarify the docker-build reference since no such target exists
🤖 Prompt for AI Agents
In docs/QUICKSTART.md around lines 35 to 54, the Makefile targets referenced are
incorrect: replace the non-existent "make docker-run" with "make start-all" and

update the accompanying example commands and sentences to reflect these correct
targets so the instructions match the project's Makefile.

🧩 Analysis chain

Verify Control Plane UI Docker Compose logging path and service name.

The documentation references docker compose logs -f control-plane-ui, but this assumes:

  1. The Control Plane UI service is managed via Docker Compose in the same stack as described in Method 2.
  2. The service is named control-plane-ui in the docker-compose.yml.

Verify that this path and service name match the actual configuration. If this only applies to Method 2 (Docker Compose), consider adding a clarifying note (e.g., "when using Method 2").

#!/bin/bash

Correct the Control Plane UI logging documentation—the referenced service and deployment method do not exist.

The documentation references a control-plane-ui Docker Compose service that does not exist in the repository. The only docker-compose setup is for Keycloak at infrastructure/docker/keycloak/. The frontend/control-plane directory is a Next.js application that runs via bun run dev in development, not via Docker Compose. The logging command docker compose logs -f control-plane-ui will fail.

Change the Control Plane UI section to reference the actual development method (logs displayed in the terminal where bun run dev is running) or remove the section if it's not applicable to the current deployment architecture.

🤖 Prompt for AI Agents
In docs/QUICKSTART.md around lines 354 to 358, the Control Plane UI subsection
incorrectly instructs users to tail logs from a non-existent docker-compose
service `control-plane-ui`; update this section to reflect reality by either (A)
replacing the docker-compose command with guidance that the
frontend/control-plane is a Next.js app run via `bun run dev` and that logs
appear in the terminal where that command is run (add brief steps: cd
frontend/control-plane && bun run dev), or (B) remove the Control Plane UI
docker-compose logging snippet entirely if the project will not support a Docker
deployment for the UI; ensure the text clearly states the correct development
workflow and removes any reference to `control-plane-ui` docker compose service.

…s red team (#1708)

The Disruptions (red team) tab was empty because the problems submodule was pinned
to de6a8f5, which predates the sample Battle getting a real red team. Bump the pin to
a7ac11e (TenkaCloudChallenge main), which brings in:

- #38 hello-world-battle: a real, explained red team — "frontend-down" disruption
  (ssm-run-command stops nginx; ADR-029 auto-revert after 600s). This is what makes
  the Disruptions tab non-empty so organizers can actually test the feature.
- #39 microservice-migration-battle: red-team explanation in the description.
- #40 problem "check engine" validator; #41 teaser ASCII-diagram fix.

Also update apps/participant-portal/src/plugins/props-builder.test.ts: it used
hello-world-battle as a "no disruptions" example, which is no longer true — switch the
empty-case example to a challenge and pin the sample's new public disruption.

To see it live, redeploy the problem-deploy backend (the event-handler Lambda bundles
the catalog).
