support full range of info available with --name-status

when running with --name-status I really would like to see all the info available, this is why I am running with this option.

new properties returned are oldname and similarity.

the regular expression is improved by using a non-capturing group for the optional 4th element of the response

Hi, thank you for the pull request. Apologies it took so long to respond.
Since you opened this there has been a similar change in the diff summary parser, so I've incorporated your similarity field with the other change that added from for the previous name of the file (to match the field name from "previous file name" in other move operations).
