Update /examples and /templates dependencies

This was prompted by the fact that some of those had both yarn.lock and pnpm-lock.yaml. I removed the Yarn locks since our examples are meant to use pnpm. In addition to that, I executed scripts/update-example-deps.js to make sure that all of those pnpm lock files are up to date
