Not all XSDs have been migrated to their 4.1 version. We should simply copy the 4.0 version for those who haven't changed since 4.0

Added missing XSDs for the following components:

• spring-aop
• spring-context
• spring-jee
• spring-lang
• spring-tx
• spring-util

As discussed already, Rossen Stoyanchev is taking care of the websocket one.
