CastorMarshaller should have suppressXMLDeclaration [SPR-7442]

CastorMarshaller has some of the properties the Marshaller from Castor has, but the suppressXMLDeclaration property is not defined. In order to inject the property in the same fashion as the other ones, avoiding overriding the customizeMarshaller method, CastorMarshaller should declare it.

The suppressXMLDeclaration has been introduced in Castor 1.3, which we don't have in our repo (yet). I will add the property as soon as it exists.

Rescheduling to 3.1, since it requires a Castor upgrade (from 1.2 to 1.3). We don't want to force such an upgrade in a Spring minor release.
